Phase 1 – Location Report / Waste Audit
• WCS will determine present levels of service, current and future needs. Service agreements and invoices are reviewed. WCS will audit the current services to determine if current services match current needs. WCS will prepare a status report on all current waste contracts.
Phase 2 - Bid and Price Negotiation
• Bids requests are distributed to reputable service providers for each location. WCS will then utilize our leverage and negotiating skills to solidify the lowest possible price.
Phase 3–Contract Finalization, Service Commencement / Transition
• All changes will be initiated and closely monitored to ensure a smooth transition.
Phase 4 – Detailed Billing
• Detailed invoices and statements will be customized to your specifications.
• Haulers paid within 10-days of receipt of funds from our clients.



The WCS Win-Win Fee Structure

Our fee is derived from either a small percentage of the savings achieved, by a management fee, fee for service or price mark-up basis. In this way, the WCS Program is a Win-Win situation for all parties. Operating costs are decreased and customer service is vastly improved.

Getting Started

The process starts with the execution of our contract or retention agreement. WCS will then begin the data collection, preliminary bid procurement and waste audit phases. Once savings are achieved WCS transitions the savings. All you really need to do to get started is contact us!
